The easiest way to install the Dale Earnhardt Desktop Theme is to double click on the setup.exe file. This copies the theme components to the C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\dale directory.
To install the startup screens, double click on the startup.bat file. There are more instructions in the dalehelp.html file.
